Refund Policy

Refunds and exchanges will only be accepted within 10 days of receiving the order. All sales are final. Edible items are non-returnable. All returns must be unopened and unused. For further details, please visit our Shipping & Returns page.

Once your order is shipped, Maghart is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, incorrect postal addresses, or unexpected carrier delays. For international orders, customers may have to pay additional import fees to receive the package depending on the country. We highly recommend adding Route Shipping Protection to your order, which allows you to file a claim in case of damage, loss, or theft of your package in transit.

Each product undergoes quality control before being individually packed for the buyer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect for any damage during shipping before consuming, applying, or wearing products. It is also the buyer’s responsibility to contact Maghart with any questions prior to placing an order regarding the ingredients of edible/topical products if there are health or allergy concerns. Maghart assumes no responsibility for the application, use, storage, or maintenance of our products: the buyer is responsible for proper care and application. Under no circumstances shall Maghart (our owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, suppliers) be liable for any bodily injury, loss, claim, or any direct or indirect damages of any kind, including, but not limited to: loss of data, replacement costs, loss of money, or any similar damages. You may not use our products for unauthorized purposes, such as resale.

Only one discount per order can be used on our site. We cannot retroactively apply a discount once your order has been placed. If you have entered an incorrect address or need to modify your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed, there is nothing we can do. Maghart cannot add additional items to your order or process credit card payments over the phone.

Refunds and exchanges will only be applied within 10 days of receiving the order and are applicable only to undamaged, unopened, or unused products. All sales are final. All edible items are non-returnable. Maghart reserves the right to refuse any return. Purchases made with our wholesale partners must be handled directly with the retailer. For size exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping – Maghart will cover the shipping of a replacement size.
